That’s a little over $8 per month for each person. Participants are eligible for this plan upon full payment of the enrollment fee. The plan expires one year after the day you sign up.
Services Included
- All necessary X-Rays
- Two Check ups per year
- For our 3–12 year olds—Two Routine Oral Prophylaxis Cleanings*
- Full Mouth Debridement once per year for patients 12 years old
- 30% off our usual customary fees on select treatment
* Prophylaxis cleanings are also known as “above the gum cleanings,” in absence of periodontal disease. Advanced hygiene services such as Scaling and Root Planing, Full Mouth Debridement, and Periodontal Maintenance are not covered 100%, but are discounted.
Limitations and Exclusions

- Full Mouth Restorations
These services are not included in the dental membership plan. Any associated specialist fees (such as going to an oral surgeon, orthodontist, oral pathologist, etc.) are solely the responsibility of the patient and not part of the dental membership plan.
This plan is administered solely by Twin Creeks Dentistry and may be discontinued without notice.
