As we step into a new year, I want to take a moment to thank you for allowing us to be part of yours. Your trust means everything to us, and it is a privilege to care for your smile, your health, and your confidence.
Reflecting on 2025, I feel deeply grateful for the growth we’ve experienced together as a practice and as a community here in Allen.
This past year, we were delighted to welcome Dr. Sandya Narayan, an award-winning dentist known for her compassionate care, and Yeny, our wonderfully friendly receptionist, who quickly became the reassuring first voice many of you hear when you call our office. We are also fortunate to offer in-house periodontal care with Dr. Panos Afouxenidis, allowing us to provide advanced gum treatments under one roof.
Alongside new faces, I’m especially proud of the continuity and heart of our team. Donna and Jilee, our long-term care leaders, along with our dedicated chairside assistants Pam and Annette, remain the familiar, caring faces who will be here to welcome you and your family as we move into 2026.
With our growing team, we are proud to now offer more comprehensive care in-house, including:

- Jaw development and Myobrace® therapy for children ages 7–10

Behind the scenes, we’ve invested in new operatory equipment and advanced digital workflows. These technologies allow us to deliver more precise, predictable, and comfortable care because you deserve nothing less.
Beyond our practice walls, giving back remains close to my heart. In 2025, our team proudly supported the Texas Dental Association’s Mission of Mercy in Bonham, participated in multiple community health fairs serving underserved populations through Christ Fellowship in McKinney, and sponsored the Allen Eagle Robotics team, supporting innovation, education, and the next generation right here in our community.
On a personal note, I was honored to reconnect with my alma mater, King’s College London, and be involved in the growth of their new East Wing on the Strand. Staying connected to leading-edge research allows me to continually bring the best of modern dentistry back to our patients at Twin Creeks.
